Jami Anson played a pivotal role at ARC Putnam–New York, driving fundraising and organizational growth through strategic development leadership, including:

●Successfully directed the Hudson Valley Wine and Chocolate Festival, held twice annually April/November, meeting revenue goals each year and boosting attendance and engagement by reimagining the event as a Kentucky Derby–themed Hat Festival.

●Led fundraising, donor cultivation, membership programs, and managed the annual gala and signature events, while also overseeing grant writing, budgets, and revenue initiatives.

●Leadership extended to marketing, communications, digital strategy, and CRM optimization, and she strengthened partnerships with chambers of commerce, local businesses, and community organizations.
