Jami Anson played a pivotal role at ARC Putnam–New York, driving fundraising and organizational growth through strategic development leadership. She successfully directed the Hudson Valley Wine and Chocolate Festival, held twice annually, meeting revenue goals each year and boosting attendance and engagement by reimagining the event as a Kentucky Derby–themed Hat Festival. Jami led fundraising, donor cultivation, membership programs, and managed the annual gala and signature events, while also overseeing grant writing, budgets, and revenue initiatives. Her leadership extended to marketing, communications, digital strategy, and CRM optimization, and she strengthened partnerships with chambers of commerce, local businesses, and community organizations.
