Meet Jami,
Our Founder

For more than three decades, Jami L. Anson has brought people together across communities, cultures, and causes. From producing festivals for 18,000 guests to designing global exhibitions or creating intimate donor experiences, her work is guided by one belief: people remember how you make them feel.
Raised in the Hudson Valley, Jami’s early love of art, history, nature, and community evolved into a career at the intersection of creativity and service. For over 35 years, she has built meaningful experiences, strengthened nonprofits, elevated missions, and crafted stories that connect people to something larger than themselves. Her path has never been linear—she followed impact, not titles.
Her work includes leading large-scale events for Walkway Over the Hudson, managing global creative initiatives for a United Nations NGO, directing national publications for the U.S. Chess Federation, growing development programs for Hudson Valley nonprofits, and building a design firm known for thoughtful branding and storytelling.
An award-winning, published photographer, Jami’s work has appeared in The New York Times, Time, People, The Washington Post, and other national outlets. Whether through images, events, or design, her work is rooted in authenticity, detail, and human connection.
Today, Jami continues to champion mission-driven work, community engagement, and creative excellence throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond.
At her core, she is a connector — a builder of experiences, relationships and stories that endure. And whether she is standing behind a camera, designing a brand, coordinating agencies for a multi-day festival, or guiding a nonprofit through its next phase of growth, Jami brings the same unwavering commitment: Create something meaningful.
Make people feel welcomed ~ leave the community stronger than you found it.
