Walkway Talks are a beloved tradition on the Walkway Over the Hudson, brought to life each year by dedicated Ambassadors who thoughtfully create and share historic education programs, engaging demonstrations, and inspiring talks for visitors. These experiences invite people to slow down, learn, and connect more deeply with the rich history and significance of the bridge and the Hudson Valley. Whether hearing a story from the past, watching a hands-on demonstration, or asking questions along the way, Walkway Talks transform a simple stroll into a moment of discovery. I was fortunate to occasionally assist with the program and capture photographs of these special moments, preserving the curiosity, connection, and inspiration that make Walkway Talks such a meaningful part of the Walkway experience.
