Virginia believed deeply in the Walkway’s power to connect people, communities, and generations, and she shared that passion generously with everyone she met. In her passing, she left an extraordinary gift to ensure the future of the Walkway—a final act of stewardship that reflects her lifelong commitment to preservation, access, and inspiration. It is with deep gratitude that we dedicate this plaque in her name, a lasting tribute to her generosity, her spirit, and the indelible mark she has left on the Walkway and all who cross it.
