Each June, Our team would host the Walkway Over the Hudson’s annual ADOPT-A-LIGHT donor event, an evening that celebrated the bridge at sunset and highlighted our adopt-a-light program. In partnership with City Winery, which provided appetizers and wine, the event offered donors a memorable nighttime experience on the bridge.
As Director of Events & Corporate Relations, I oversaw all event logistics, including permitting, planning, setup, and breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. In addition, I also designed the custom wine label used each year on Walkway Over the Hudson’s City Winery bottles, combining creative storytelling with the spirit of the bridge and the event.
