Bridge Dance Project – Event Planning & Community Engagement
From planning to execution, I supported and led corporate partner events with a focus on flow, participant experience, healthcare advocacy, and community impact.
The Bridge Music Dance Project (2022 event) on the Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park, featuring dancers from the Hudson Valley interpreting composer Joseph Bertolozzi's "Bridge Music"— music made from sounds of the Mid-Hudson Bridge—resulting in a documentary film that showcases diverse dance styles. It was a collaborative performance exploring connection, using the Walkway and the sounds of another bridge as inspiration, celebrating the area's cultural tapestry.
I collaborated closely with Bridge Music, Vanaver Caravan. Dance company leaders and community partners to manage every detail—permitting, staffing, logistics, promotion, setup, breakdown, and day-of-event leadership.
