The Monthly Veterans Ceremonies held on the Walkway Over the Hudson honor the service and sacrifice of local veterans while creating a meaningful space for remembrance and community connection. These ceremonies bring together veterans, families, and visitors against the powerful backdrop of the Hudson River, offering moments of reflection, gratitude, and recognition throughout the year. Through consistent collaboration with veterans organizations, community partners, and Walkway staff, each ceremony is thoughtfully coordinated to ensure a respectful, dignified experience that upholds the Walkway’s mission and honors those who have served.
