As Director of Events & Corporate Relations, I orchestrated the planning and execution of Holiday on the Walkway with Frozen, creating a magical, family-friendly celebration on the iconic Walkway Over the Hudson. I oversaw every detail—from corporate partnerships and permitting to staffing, setup, breakdown, promotion, and day-of-event leadership—ensuring each element ran smoothly.
By collaborating closely with corporate partners, sponsors, community partners, NYS Parks team, Walkway Ambassadors and internal teams, I helped deliver a joyful and memorable experience for thousands of attendees, bringing the magic of the season to life while strengthening community connections and elevating the event’s visibility.
