From planning through execution, I supported and led event coordination for Hudson Valley Hospice with a focus on flow, experience, and meaningful community impact. For Lights Across the Hudson, I collaborated closely with hospice leadership, team directors, and supporters to bring every detail together—permitting, staffing, logistics, promotion, site setup and breakdown, and day-of-event coordination—ensuring a seamless, heartfelt experience that honored loved ones and supported the hospice’s mission.
For decades, Hudson Valley Hospice has provided compassionate, dignified end-of-life care, offering medical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families when it is needed most. Through community programs, grief counseling, and events like Lights Across the Hudson, the organization creates spaces for remembrance, healing, and connection—serving as a trusted presence and source of comfort throughout the region.
