The Always There Annual Gala was developed and managed as a signature fundraising event, launching with An Evening in Tuscany and evolving into an interactive, guest-driven experience. To spark participation and build excitement, JA Design introduced a social voting contest that invited guests and the wider community to select the country theme for each year’s event. The chosen destination then shaped every element of the evening—from décor and branding to cuisine, entertainment, and ambiance—creating an immersive cultural experience that strengthened engagement, increased attendance, and fostered a deeper sense of community year after year.

An Evening in Tuscany transported guests to a romantic Italian countryside, where warm earth tones, rustic elegance, and vineyard-inspired details set the stage for an unforgettable night. Guests dined among charming Tuscan-style settings as singing waiters wandered through the room, inviting everyone to join in a joyful sing-along of “That’s Amore.” Laughter, music, and shared moments filled the space, perfectly complemented by Italian-inspired cuisine and lively entertainment. The combination of interactive performances, thoughtful design, and authentic cultural touches created a spirited, welcoming atmosphere that delighted attendees and elevated the heart of the gala experience.
