The Always There Annual Gala was developed and managed as a signature fundraising event, beginning with An Evening in Tuscany and evolving into an interactive, guest-driven experience. To spark participation and excitement, JA Design introduced a social voting contest that invited guests and the broader community to select the country that would inspire the event each year. The chosen destination then shaped every aspect of the evening—from décor and branding to cuisine, entertainment, and ambiance—creating a fully immersive cultural experience that strengthened engagement, increased attendance, and deepened community connection year after year.

This year’s An Evening in Munich brought the warmth and tradition of Germany to life, transporting honorees and guests into a festive Bavarian setting inspired by Munich’s historic beer halls and lively plazas. The space was transformed with rustic yet elegant design elements, communal tables, and rich alpine details that set the stage for an authentic experience. Guests enjoyed a German-inspired menu paired with flowing ales, while traditional German dancers and live music filled the evening with energy and celebration. From the spirited performances to the carefully crafted design details, every element honored German culture, creating an unforgettable atmosphere that delighted guests and elevated the spirit of the gala.
